Ms. Maithili is a Law Graduate from Mumbai University, in practice since 2010. She also holds Diplomas in Cyber Laws as well as Intellectual Property Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune. She also has completed all the levels in German language and holds a degree in Business German issued by the German Consulate/German Chamber of Commerce & Industry through Max Mueller Bhavan, Mumbai.

She has the basic knowledge of having worked with a reputed IPR firm for about two and a half years as Advocate Foreign Trademarks, was a part in handling different projects related to trademarks internationally. Also practicing in the field of Service Tax, Central Excise, Customs & Central Excise. Her main aim is to serve the society and the business groups in the best possible manner.

Mr. N. V. Iyer is a Post Graduate in Commerce from Annamalai University, Tamilnadu, having work experience of 31 years in the Central Excise & Customs. He has opted for Voluntary Retirement in the month of April 2014, with an aim to serve the industry in resolving their various issues arising out of Service Tax, Central Excise & Customs. Having worked in the highly sensitive areas like Preventive, Audit and Adjudication of Service Tax Commissionerate, N.V. Iyer has adequate knowledge about the industry in a better way and will be of immense help to the industry in complying with necessary / statutory requirements in a better manner and to bring harmony/peace in running the industry/business. He is committed to the needy in resolving the problems to the best of his abilities in interacting / moving the appropriate authorities to achieve the goal in the interest of the Industry/cliental. He is advising clients on Indirect taxation, Tax planning, Cenvat Credit facility, Service Tax and also handling litigations before various Adjudicating Authorities, appellate Authorities, CESTAT and Settlement Commission. With his vast experience of working in the Department, he has helped the business groups with maximum support to discharge their tax liabilities and maintained highest quality of co-operation between the trade & the department by organizing open house meetings between the high level officials and the association of Chartered accountants apart from representatives from various manufacturing associations in the area of Service Tax.

He has also served as Enforcement Officer with the Enforcement Directorate, Mumbai , handled sensitive cases and has vast experience in the area of FEMA & PMLA. He has the credit of organizing training programme for Enforcement Directorate on PMLA and was awarded with appreciations from Directorate of Enforcement for his excellent services in the Department.

Ms. Deepali is a Science and Law graduate from Gujarat University, having experience of more than 9 years in the field of Service Tax, Customs & Central Excise before the Appellate Tribunals, High Courts and different adjudicating authorities. Ms. Deepali has handled various cases on different issues at the corporate levels as well as that of small firms.

She is a successful lawyer and has won many cases in person, before the Revenue authorities and is also instrumental in getting huge refunds for the clients in Indirect Taxation. She is also updated with the latest changes in the law and has appeared for various matters both at the Appellate and Tribunal levels. Ms. Deepali also has to her credit briefing eminent Counsels in the field of Taxation.
